Refund Policy

1. Allotments & Job Credits

All purchases made for job posting allotments, credits, or premium recruiter tiers are final. Due to the digital nature of the platform and immediate access to the elite talent pool, we do not offer refunds for credits once they have been allocated to your account.

2. Extenuating Circumstances

In the event of a documented technical failure or billing error (such as double-charging) caused by the Hirearth Protocol, a full refund for the duplicated or erroneous charge will be issued. Claims must be made within 14 days of the charge.

3. Candidate Accounts

Candidate accounts on the Hirearth Protocol are entirely free of charge. No financial details are collected from talent, and therefore no refund policy applies to standard candidate profiles.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds for technical errors will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method used during the transaction.
