Users and Recruiters may cancel their account and delete all associated data at any time from their respective Account Settings dashboard. This action is permanent and irreversible.
Recruiters can close or "turn off" job postings at any time from the Manage Postings dashboard. Once a job posting is hidden or deleted, it will no longer be visible to candidates on the platform.
If your company has purchased additional job posting limits or premium access, you may cancel future renewals by contacting your dedicated account manager or writing to support@hirearth.com at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, active conversations will be locked, candidate access will be restricted, and your profile will be removed from the Hirearth Protocol ecosystem. Any unspent limits or credits are forfeited upon account deletion.
